• What qualities do you possess that make you a good leader of a group?
• When you become part of a group, do you generally prefer leadership or not?
1. I think that some qualities that I have are that I enjoy both talking and listening so I can start to get the rest of the group comfortable and then listen to others.
2. I make a good group leader because I have no problem talking to people and taking charge but still taking in others view points and ideas.
3. I usually prefer leadership because I enjoy having responsibility.
